Whitbread took an important step towards its employer of choice goal when Whitbread Restaurants and TGI Friday’s received Springboard Awards for Excellence at the 2003 Springboard UK Careers Festival. Springboard UK is a charity that works to promote careers in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism with the stated aim ‘to educate people about career and job opportunities in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism.
